Paddy the Post – A Free Educational Resource for Kiwi Kids

At Repost, we believe big change starts small, like a pine seed in the soil. That’s why we created Paddy the Post - a beautifully illustrated, rhyming picture book that follows the journey of a recycled vineyard post and highlights the concept of repurposing.

When Paddy the pine is felled, he fears his purpose is over. But with help from the Repost crew, he finds new life in vineyard rows and farm fences, and learns he still has plenty to give.

Inspired by the real work of Repost.co.nz and the Coppell family behind it, this story celebrates rural resilience, Kiwi ingenuity, and the timeless value of reuse, reminding us that sometimes, the best solutions are the old ones.
